Lemon Jellly Cake recipe(Cancer prevention recipe)-Christmas Special Cake,lemon jelly cheese cake recipe,lemon jelly cake,lemon jelly cake filling

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/8 tbsp salt
1/3 cup milk
1/2 tbsp vanilla
powdered sugar for garnish
For the Filling:
 2 lemons(juice)
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp butter
4 egg yolks, well beaten

Method:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Spray 2  cake pans.In mixer bowl, place the dry ingredients (sugar, flour, baking powder, salt).Add the butter, milk, and vanilla and mix for 2 minutes.Scrape down the sides and gradually add the eggs, beating well.Divide into the prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes.Cool and frost with the Filling.
For the Filling:
Combine the filling ingredients in a double boiler over a medium heat and stir constantly till smooth and slightly thickened.Cool approx 15 minutes in the fridge before spreading on top and among the layers
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
